Sample itinerary:
Friday: Arrive in the afternoon, settle in to accommodation, Evening entertainment - Quiz.
Saturday: Morning sessions - Quad Biking and Challenge Course, Afternoon sessions - Abseiling and Aeroball, Evening Entertainment - Disco.
Sunday: Morning session - Raft-Building, Afternoon sessions - Zip Wire and Fencing, Evening - depart from centre after evening meal.
