Tregoyd House
A smaller centre - ideal for younger groups, Tregoyd is an hour from Cardiff, at the foot of the Black Mountains, the centre offers an excellent combination of watersports and land-based activities in beautiful surroundings.
Friday : Arrive after 3.30pm, settle in to accommodation, Evening entertainment - Quiz.
Saturday: Morning sessions - Raft Building and Kayaking, Afternoon sessions - Abseiling and Aeroball, Evening Entertainment - Disco.
Sunday: Morning sessions - Giant Swing and Trapeze, Afternoon sessions - Zip Wire and Fencing, Evening - depart after evening meal.
