Leadership & Teambuilding Course
This course is designed to develop leadership and team skills in established teams (such as junior sports teams) or in any group of young people. Based around a full programme of outdoor activities tailored to promote specific leadership & communication skills.
The course is based on an exciting programme of outdoor adventure with up to four sessions of activities each day. Before the course you will receive an 'aims & objectives' questionnaire to help us tailor your course to your needs.
Activities promote skills such as motivating others, clear communication, decision-making and maintaining positive attitudes to challenge.
Courses like these support improved social outcomes and can even be a significant turning point in a young person's life.
