Customer Service Apprenticeships
Our comprehensive job related training programme provides you with an outstanding introduction to working in a customer service role.
The training we offer is accredited by the Open College Network and staff working in guestcare or support roles have the opportunity to gain the nationally recognised Apprenticeship in Customer Service as well as a range of Key Skills and NVQ awards.
All training is delivered by our internal training team who work closely with educational bodies to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest training syllabuses.
A variety of training methods are used but as these are vocational qualifications, the emphasis will focus on 'on the job' learning, where you take time to reflect on your achievements and record your key learning milestones.

You must be employed by PGL to be eligible for a place on our Apprenticeship programme. PGL is not a training service provider, i.e. you cannot pay to go on a training course organised by PGL if you are not employed by us.
