You could be doing a 3-day descent of the Ardèche or teaching taster sessions on the Mediterranean.

Working as a Canoe Instructor offers a great deal of variety - you will ensure guests realise their full potential during their sessions and have a great time doing so, you will maintain overall supervision of your group and give individual guidance and you may also find yourself helping the Group Leaders with evening entertainment or liaising with visiting teachers and party leaders.
