All new members of staff with limited previous experience will join our PGL Apprenticeship programme to give you the skills, expertise and confidence to make sure you're happy in your job role.

Our Canoe Instructors working in Southern France and Spain will receive £372.66, paid monthly into a UK bank account together with free meals and accommodation as a benefit in kind.

Canoe Instructors already holding their UKCC Level 2 employed at La Fosca will receive an additional qualification payment of £100, paid monthly.

At the end of this 34 week programme (which can be 52 weeks with some employers) it's possible to move straight onto our qualified staff wage meaning you could be earning £520 per month, in addition to our full range of employee total reward benefits.
