Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for an experienced salesperson to join our Head Office team, focusing on the relationship management with our customers who have yet to re-book, to generate profitable repeat sales.

The aim of this specialist role is to help us maximise profitable retained sales by proactively chasing repeat bookings and securing payments in a timely manner, effectively building and maintaining successful relationships with non-rebookers across all PGL products and providing a high level of customer service in order to meet customers’ needs.

In practise, this entails proactively chasing former customers who have yet to re-book, working closely with PGL's Reservations Team and monitoring competitor activity.

Visits to centres around the UK will be required as part of the role and may involve overnight stays and participation in some activities.
