Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for an experienced salesperson to join our Head Office team, focusing on the relationship management with our customers who have yet to re-book, to generate profitable repeat sales.

The starting salary for this role is offered at £15,000 plus a commission package.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm or 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.

Holidays start at 20 days pro rata (rising by one day per year from 2014 up to a maximum of 23) + 8 bank holidays.

PGL's head office is based on the outskirts of the small riverside town of Ross-on-Wye. The location is significant, as the local River Wye saw PGL's founder (Peter Gordon Lawrence) launch his very first canoe trips from here in 1957.
