All new members of staff with no or limited previous experience will join our PGL Apprenticeship programme to give you the skills, expertise and confidence to make sure you're happy in your job role.

We offer £602 for this role for Field Studies Instructors with a relevant degree, paid monthly. We give you the option of free meals plus on-site accommodation at a highly subsidised £33.11 per week, inclusive of all bills.

At the end of this 34 week programme (which can be 52 weeks with some employers) it's possible to move straight onto our qualified staff wage meaning you could be earning up to £906 or £1106 gross per month by the end of your first season with us, in addition to our full range of employee total reward benefits.
