Our Head Chefs are responsible for the overall on-site catering provision of their centre, ensuring that the catering team are producing nutritional, varied, balanced and tasty meals.

At some of our larger centres in the UK and Northern France, we also employ a Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of the meal provision, leaving the Head Chef free to concentrate on staff management and meal prep.
