Our Adventure UK department generates revenue in excess of £30 million and as a Reservations Advisor you will be liaising with teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to facilitate their bookings. You will provide a high level of customer service in order to meet customers' needs and to secure a future re-booking.

Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.

Most of the contact you'll make will be over the phone which can often be challenging, given the busy schedules teachers have to work to.

We have two vacancies available, one on a permanent, part-time contract and the other on a temporary (six month), full-time contract.

Jobs at PGL Head Office

PGL's head office is based on the outskirts of the small riverside town of Ross-on-Wye. The location is significant, as the local River Wye saw PGL's founder (Peter Gordon Lawrence) launch his very first canoe trips from here in 1957.
