Reservations Advisor

We are looking for a customer-focused Reservations Advisor to effectively manage all administration of group reservations for PGL's UK Adventure centres, based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye.

This is an exciting, challenging role comprising the following responsibilities:

• Handling telephone calls, correspondence and all associated administration for school and group bookings;
• Supplying the customer with all required information regarding their prospective trip in a timely and accurate manner;
• Providing accurate information about customers to the centre teams and other internal colleagues/departments in a timely manner 
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of each booking using the computer-based system and paper files;
• Ensuring payments are collected in a timely manner by proactively chasing payments;
• Managing bookings charges for each customer on PGL's Reservations system, ensuring invoices are up-to-date and correct;
• To pro-actively seek repeat business from existing customers to meet personal and departmental targets;
• Working closely with post-travel retention team to ensure clear communication in re-booking process, using CRM system to log details on customers’ intentions for future bookings;
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of your designated centre and act as a specialist for the AUK team to give any advice on centre facilities etc;
• Working closely with the centre-based staff to ensure all customers' needs and special requests are met.
