Reservations Advisor

We are looking for a customer-focused Reservations Advisor to effectively manage all administration of group reservations for PGL's UK Adventure centres, based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye.

We're looking for applications from people who can demonstrate some or all of the following skills:

Essential
• Experience in a customer service role – must have the ability to listen to customers and pro-actively seek to meet their needs;
• Strong personal organisational skills with the ability and experience of effectively prioritising workloads and multi-tasking in a busy open plan office environment;
• A confident and polite telephone manner;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Computer literate with experience of Word and Excel;
• Keen attention to detail;
• The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines;
• Be a team player;
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines in a busy work environment.

Desirable
• Experience of dealing with customers via telephone and email;
• Previous experience of working with schools and groups or within other travel industry sectors;
• Experience in a sales environment with the ability to work towards targets;
• Experience of dealing with customer complaints.
