All new members of staff with limited previous experience will join our PGL Apprenticeship programme to give you the skills, expertise and confidence to make sure you're happy in your job role.
For our Sailing Instructors based in the UK, we offer £516.14 for this role, paid monthly. We give you the option of free meals plus on-site accommodation at a highly subsidised £33.11 per week, inclusive of all bills.
Our Sailing Instructors working in Southern France and Spain will receive £372.66, paid monthly into a UK bank account together with free meals and accommodation as a benefit in kind.
Sailing Instructors already holding their RYA DI or SI prior to working with PGL will receive an additional qualification payment of £100.
At the end of this 34 week programme (which can be 52 weeks with some employers) it's possible to move straight onto our qualified staff wage meaning you could be earning £906.36 or £1106.56 gross per month in the UK and £520 per month in Southern France and Spain, in addition to our full range of employee total reward benefits.
