Groups staying at Windmill Hill can choose to take an excursion to France, exploring French culture in Boulogne, or a World War II battlefields trip to St Omer or Dunkerque. 

All destinations are within a 30–40 minutes drive from Calais and there is an option to go shopping in Calais on the return journey.
