Isle of Wight Field Study Trips - PGL Little Canada

More than 50% of the Isle of Wight is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there is plenty for pupils to discover here! The natural processes of deposition, folding and erosion over 120 million years have led to a varied surface geology. The landscapes of the island include downland, ancient woodland, wide beaches, rocky coves, sheer chalk cliffs and estuaries.
