Cheerleading

One of the UK's fastest growing sports, cheerleading is an ideal activity for girls who lack interest in PE and more traditional sports.

PGL Cheerleading weekend workshops are fun and energetic with a focus on participation and performance.

Cheerleading instructors deliver an exciting and dynamic programme which allows plenty of opportunity for practising and perfecting formations and routines, including pom and cheer dances.

Two programmes are available - an introductory and an intermediate, while the on-site adventure activity sessions help reinforce physical confidence and strengthen that all-important cheerleading team spirit!
