The Chalet Alpino is a family-run hotel situated in a quiet area about 1km outside Tonale. It is located in a prominent position on the left-hand side of the road when travelling towards Tonale from Ponte Di Legno. Pupils at an intermediate level of skiing can ski back to the hotel and the nearest lift is about 200m away (snow conditions permitting). Groups usually meet the ski school in Tonale, which is only a short coach journey away. There is a free ski bus.
The food in the Chalet Alpino is of a very high standard with two choices for evening meals. Hot lunches are provided, but if you would prefer a packed lunch this can be requested in advance.
