Montafon

With combined skiing of 222km, the five ski resorts of the Montafon ski area are all situated along a 39km valley close to Switzerland and therefore significantly closer to the UK than many other Austria resorts.

Stunningly beautiful, and dominated by the peaks of the Silvretta and Verwall ranges, the area is less well known to British skiers than its more famous neighbours, St Anton in Arlberg and Ischgl.

With your base in Feldkirch you can begin your week at the Golm ski area which is a school friendly resort and has one of the longest runs at 9.2km.

Montafon is ideally suited for intermediates and beginners and offers a huge variety of skiing whatever your level might be. There are mountains to explore, areas to progress to, and something to come back for the following year!
