Located above the pretty traditional alpine villages of Neukirchen and Bramberg, the Wildkogel ski arena offers a variety of skiing for all abilities. Reputed to be the friendliest ski resort in Austria, it is an ideal resort for school groups with spectacular views of the Großvenediger (3674m) and the Hohe Tauern National Park.
Beginners start at the beginner slopes near the hotel and later in the week they can take the Wildkogel gondola giving them access to the whole region.
